The Chartwells Model – Primary, Secondary and Cashless Service

As of Monday, 2 February, Primary students will be able to place their lunch order online using the Flexischools ordering and payment system via a user-friendly app and website. Primary students will not be able to access the canteen to purchase their lunch over the counter.

Secondary students will be able to access the canteen before school, at recess and at lunch to purchase their food from the options available via counter service. A wide selection of fresh food and snacks will be available over the counter each day, giving students the flexibility to choose what they feel like on the day. Secondary students will no longer order their lunches online.

The canteen is now completely cashless. Secondary students can purchase food using their SmartRider (linked to their Flexischools account – see below to set up) or via debit card. Mobile phones will not be permitted to be used for payment.
