The John XXIII College Uniform Shop team is committed to providing a friendly, positive, professional and convenient uniform supply service to the families of our College. Lucy, Jay, Amanda, Pip and Paula welcome your enquiries and any feedback about how to make our shop a better experience for you and your family.
Opening dates and times:
The Uniform Shop is open weekdays from 7:45am to 12pm during term time.
The Uniform Shop will be closed for 2024 on Friday, 29 November, and will re-open on Tuesday, 28 January 2025. They will also be open for extended hours of 8am-4pm from 28-31 January and 3-4 February 2025.
Online orders
If you can't make it to the shop during opening hours and you already know your child's sizes, please complete the online order form below with credit card details and email it to uniformshop@johnxxiii.edu.au.
Orders can either be collected from the Uniform Shop during opening hours or from Primary Administration or Secondary Student Reception between 8am and 4pm. Alternatively we can deliver the order to your child's Primary classroom or Secondary Homeroom. Please specify your child's Year group and your collection or delivery preferences when emailing your form.

Special Sizing
Our suppliers can cater for those students who need special sizing. The process of special sizing should begin as soon as practically possible. Please contact us if you would like more information about this service.
Secondhand Uniform Sales Form
In line with the College's commitment to sustainable practices, we are proud to offer an exceptional second-hand uniform service. Our second-hand uniforms are of a high quality to support parents in ensuring that students wear their College uniform with pride. If you wish to recycle uniforms that you no longer need, please read the conditions of sale, fill out the form below and submit with your uniforms for processing. We are sending donations of the old-style skirts and shorts to communities in the North of Australia and in Africa.

John XXIII Netball Hoodies
Netball Hoodies are available for all students who play netball. Sizes run small, and we highly recommend trying on sample sizes available in the Uniform shop. Orders and payment can be made online through this link. Orders will take approximately three weeks to arrive in the Uniform Shop and customers will be notified when they are ready for collection. Please select option 1 – I will use my own courier – at checkout. This will alert our supplier to deliver the order to the Uniform Shop.
